A searchable property database, listings that update from another system and saved searches behind a login are software, so they are custom development and we quote them separately.

You check the site on a private preview address and ask for changes, up to five rounds.
You approve it and it goes live

Changes during the five free revision rounds are free. After you approve the site, later changes are development work that we quote before starting.
